The Attorney's Residential Client Services Network (ARCServ) is a network of the best independent real estate attorneys. Each is experienced in state law and local property transfers. Each is familiar with area real estate agents, negotiating commissions, and meeting performance expectations.

When you request to be contacted by an ARCServ member attorney, ARCServ will forward your request to an attorney knowledgeable with the real estate community in the town(s) you are interested in purchasing or selling a home. The attorney will contact you to set up an initial consultation to establish your needs and discuss fee arrangements.

Based on your needs, the attorney will contact several highly qualified real estate agents specializing in the communities where you are interested in buying or selling a home and elicit service proposals from them. The attorney will review the proposals and any accompanying listing or buyer’s representation forms to protect your interests. If necessary the attorney will contact the real estate agent or agents to further clarify or negotiate the proposal.

The attorney will then have a follow up meeting with you to review the proposals and assist you in making a final selection of the real estate agent you will work with.
